Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Paperhearted purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items, clearance items, and opened or used stationery/planner products are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello.paperhearted@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
